Crane Builders was founded over 25 years ago by David Crane on Christian principles of service, honesty and integrity. The company has been serving families in Middle Tennessee since 1987.

In 2006, Crane Builders received the Chrysalis Award recognizing the company as the Tennessee Remodeler of the Year, the company's fifth year in a row to receive this distinguished award.

Crane Builders received the National Remodeler Of The Year award in 2008.  This award is determined by a number of factors with the key being the degree to which the recipient gives back to their clients, their community, their suppliers, their subcontractors and the industry.
